Aloha Kauai Families!

As of October 2nd we will be shutting down for a short bit while we relocate to our new home! While we are all sad to have to take this break, we are working on getting a much better home in Lihue! More updates will be coming so stay tuned.

Kauai Gymnastics Academy exists to serve Keiki (children) and their Ohana (families) by providing high-quality Gymnastics & Fitness Instruction in a positive, caring environment. We make gymnastics fun!

TEAMS

Kauai Gymnastics Academy does not “compete” like most competitive gyms. We have had our highest level athletes compete three times (once a year for 3 years) at the MegaMeet under AAU rules. However, each Spring the teams compete against themselves during “Level” Meets. The final internal meet pits all levels against each other in a “Championship” Meet. We have three teams who work hard to hone their skills through long hours in the gym. They also perform once a year at Christmas time at Kukui Grove.
